I have been buying Tasigna for my mother-in-law, Florfina Uy for more than a year. Had spent more than 3.5M pesos for her medicine. We paid you cash. Basically there is no problem with the delivery. For this week supply, i bought 2 boxes in anticipation of the long holidays.The patient will be going out of town. I requested the medical representative, Lanie Felix, to ask that the medicine be provided with a styro box with crystal gel which we will use while we are on the road. Ms Felix gladly did. However, yesterday, one of your female employees called me to confirm my order of 2 boxes. She told me that it is your company policy not to leave the styro box to customer and this is the last time to grant my request. I explained to her that we never ask for a box for the past year, this is the first time we have requested out of necessity. By 3 p.m., your delivery boy called me if he will still deliver the meds to me, probably because the bank by this time is already closed (he usually delivers the meds to the bank and get the money there). I told him that it be delivered to our office and i will get the money from the bank. I asked him if your company provided me with a box, he said no.He said he will get one since he was still in Alabang. I called Ms Felix and complained about the attitude of the one who called me. In fact she said that that was also her experience upon the request. She promised me that once no box was given, she will take charge for the provision. Finally, the meds were delivered with a box and crystal gel. My point is this: I have been your customer for more than a year, what is a styro box and gel compared to the amount I had transacted with your company. This is the first time i requested for one. I think i don't deserve the "reprimand" i got. Being courteous is a must, even if your company is the only distributor of Tasigna.
